Available Goldens
ADOPTED!!!
There's a new girl in town so to say.
Meet Bailey. She is a year old. She is one of the "special needs" Goldens I have been posting about. Bailey is considered special needs as she has seizure disorder. She will need to be on medication for her life. Other than her seizures, she is a normal, healthy puppy. She is a typical Golden Retriever puppy who has not had any obedience training. Ultimately she was relegated to the yard because she did what rambunctious Goldens do when they have not been trained. I will be posting more information about Bailey soon. In the meantime, if you are interested in becoming her "forever" you will need to go to the website, copy the application for adoption, then mail it to me.

ADOPTED!!!
This is Beau. He turned 1 year old on December 5, 2021. He is a real cutie, however he does have some significant behavior issues. He is going to need a foster home that has experience obedience training as he is very strong and willful. For the time being, he needs a home that has no small children or frail/elderly in the home. He will not hesitate to jump on someone and subsequently knock someone down. He also can be mouthy. Because of these issues there is some specific criteria forf now. As I stated earlier in this post, no small children or frail folks. The foster home must be in the Columbia ( South Carolina) area and be willing to work closely with me to retrain his bad behavior. I do not do a "foster to adopt" home. Nor do I place a dog in a foster home or adoptive home on "first come first to adopt" basis. The first step for Beau needs to be a foster home. When it is time to start screening for his "forever home", I will be doing my best to find the best "fit" specifically for Beau and definitely NOT the first person that jumps on here and claims, " I want him" If you are interested in giving this boy a foster home and assisting me in his obedience retraining in order for Beau to be the best companion for someone, you will need to call me.
One more thing about Beau, he is wicked smarl and a fast learner. Given the right person, environment and training this boy would make a good performance dog.
I look forward chatting with anyone who is interested in assisting Beau in transitioning to his "forever" home.
